Members fuzztone
I guess they didn't need to call an expert to appraise this one. I bet they filmed an episode in which a guy comes in claiming it is a rare Vox guitar possibly owned by the late Brian Jones! 1969 Teisco Del Ray
Members d_dave_c
i love those Phantom style guitars. The Domino Californian is hot, too.
Members Mr.Grumpy
I had one of those once! My first "fixer-upper" guitar, I bought it at a garage sale...the finish had been sanded off, and it was painted with water colors. I repainted the body with white lacquer, and it turned out decent even though I didn't really know what I was doing. I installed some real tuners and had to find a bridge because the original was lost. Looked cool, but it was a b!tch to play. HIGH action and a super-thick neck (laminated out of 50 layers of wood). One of my bandmates used it for quite a while though, the action didn't seem to bother him. If anything, he needed something to slow him down.
