Members Saturn
I had a Alesis SR-16. It was pretty good. Kind of wish I would have kept it.

Members cincy_cosmo
I have a Boss DR-880....a superb machine. A little quirky to program but after you get the hang of it, it rocks and is flexable and fast to program.
Members stormin1155
I have a SR-16. We used it in our praise/worship band extensively when we were between drummers, and it worked very well. Sometimes I think we sounded better with that than our current drummer. Members Longhair
Do any of the ones mentioned have programmable bass lines or are they just limited to what is already there?
Members danswon
Let's Talk Drum Machines Please, let's not. They scare me. They hurt my brain. I would rather have a big smelly drummer smashing away on a ton of wood & metal any day. Joking aside, i use software like Groove Agent in Cubase. I think there's some really good software out there now. I used to try Rolands and other digital drum-boxes but found them too frustrating and limiting
Members koen77
I still have a zoom 123 . Very easy to program, sounds a bit synthetic though. I use it when i can't get the rythm patterns i want out of the easy drummer software. Never got the hang of programming my own patterns in midi.
