Members Vintage55
Low action with a neck back that is smooth and doesn't inhibit moving up and down the fretboard....and relatively thin for those of us with average size hands. Members loganonymous
It's really just whatever's the most comfortable for you. I mean, I can play faster on an SG than a Jackson, just because it's what I'm comfortable and used to playing.

Members Elias Graves
flat radius, thin neck, jumbo frets, and med-low action for me. Funny, because that describes my Alleykat's neck perfectly. I was used to playing the SG which has a narrow round neck. This one's wider but super thin. The action and frets you mentioned are there as well. Kinda funny that my semihollow has that but after I played it for a while it seemed like it was pretty fast. I don't know yet if I like it better than my round necks but I don't dislike it either. EG
Members Clinically Deaf
Whatever I'm used to at the moment. I was chugging along at a fairly rapid pace on my les paul tonight.
Members m90guy
flat radius, thin neck, jumbo frets, and med-low action for me. On the other hand my number one is a 58 RI Strat with the 7.25 C shaped neck with the vintage frets on it. Got it setup with 10's and a med action. Neck is not fast at all, but its the most comfortable neck I've ever laid hands on.
Members Cassette
really, really fat neck, preferably one that feels sticky and gross. really curved radius, tiny frets, and super high action with ridiculously thick strings
Members Roy
thin, 7.25 radius, low action, vintage frets, rolled fretboard edges, narrow like a ric (less distance to cover when moving between strings).
Members mrbrown49
I feel most agile on a thicker neck with a flat radius and a satin finish. Medium action.
