Members Davo17
Here's mine, I'm planning on getting a proper purple metalflake refin done as soon as I can find a good painter And here with its younger cousin: 2 q's. What kinda pups are in there, and is that the jmascis squier? If so how do you like it?

Members Control_67
2 q's. What kinda pups are in there, and is that the jmascis squier? If so how do you like it? Those are stock Gibson firebird pickups from the 2 pickup model (firebird v?). Probably late 90s vintage. They have the sweetest clean tone I have ever heard, sparkly and smooth. They dirty up well too. The Mascis is a great guitar, only got it on Xmas eve but so far I am very impressed with it, the fretwork I perfect as was the setup straight out of the box. Sounds good and I actually like the rhythm circuit. Works well with fuzz too. The neck is smooth and fatter than I expected and even has a little flame on the edges of the maple. I just wanted a jazzmaster for ever and as good as the cv is supposed to be it just isn't right with the hardtail, strat jack and lack of rhythm circuit.
