Since my move to South Florida, I have had to deal with the West Palm store twice. One was to return an item I bought online. That went very smoothly. The other just a week ago when I traded in a couple of guitars for the Sheraton I got went fantastically well. The Sheraton was restrung and polished for me before I took it home. Caveman, you may want to watch out, though - there is a strange fellow that runs around OK that is a big hollowbody and goat fan . I'm digging a moat and procuring alligators as we speak. I have had a couple bad experiences with the staff at a few locations but nothing I couldn't look past. They have always had what I wanted and I rarely left unhappy.
