Same factory as Univox, Tokai, and a lot of the goofy japanese guitars and basses from that period. Seriously some cool stuff. The bass is probably worth a LOT more than the amp. There's a review of one on HC that the guy picked up for $95. It's a 25 watt tube amp. Great for blues type stuff apparently from what I found.
