Mic'ed from my Ashdown/Avatar rig. No effects. Trumpet: Bach TR 200 with Schilke 11A mouthpiece. Some reverb added to give it a little depth. Oddly, my bass sounded quite good recorded using my laptop's built-in mic, but my trumpet sounded AWFUL!! I tried a few different positions and eventually added some reverb to it so it wouldn't sound so damn nasally and whiny. Excuse the sloppiness, and most of this was improvised.
