He had been a music store manager for the last 20+ years. His collection is insane. One of these days, I'll take some pictures of his walls. Shelves everywhere full of CDs and records. I still probably have a couple of "less then legitimate" ones the keyboard player from my old band made, of tunes he wanted the band to learn, somewhere around, but the rest are legal / legit.
