As I said, I can't see why he would want to come back after such a disaster from before. If he came back and wanted to contribute...he'd have to take on an entirely different persona and drop the "resident asshole" attitude he took for himself. He spoke his mind and didn't care what anyone thought. I doubt he could reign that in to hide behind a new account. Don't see this forum interesting him THAT much. When he asks to see her license, she slaps the cop in the face. He arrests her and she goes to jail. It doesn't matter at that point whether or not she was speeding or if jail time is too strict a punishment for speeding.Similarly, if you directly mess with the rules or a mod, even if it's an e-slap in the face to him, you get banned. He banned him from the forum. You break the rules (and in DS's case, grossly flaunt one of the few "autoban" rules), you face the consequences.It sometimes needs to be repeated. This isn't a democracy, this isn't a republic. The forum doesn't belong to the community. It's a privately owned an operated meeting place, and the rules are the rules.If someone doesn't like it, they can go start their own forum (AG did, and he was a former mod ). He wasn't just posting to say "Catphish sucks", he kept trying to argue his position, posting links as evidence, making an argument, as if by convincing people on the Drum forum (where he posted) a popular upswell would cause Catphish to be overruled from above. The problem was, as has been the case in the past, he demonstrated an inability to control his emotions, and specifically, to prevent his emotions from driving his insulting, belligerent behavior. The only attention this will get from Admin is reinforcement for being perma-banned. If you want to argue your case, you send email to admin. Making your case by breaking more rules is like trying to convince a judge you aren't guilty of murder by breaking into his house to meet with him.....
