Members FailBoatCaptn
i would LOVE to get the new bass tiny terror, but that's not happening. and since i was recently inducted as a member of the mu'funds'a'low tribe, i need something good for cheap. i'll be hunting on ebay and CL but what do you guys think is the best bang for my buck? ~Brooke
Members t3ch
I loved my Orange 35B. Good luck finding one used, though. Old Peavey 12" and 15" combos can always be found for $100 off craigs. Sometimes you can find an Ampeg B112 or 15 for $150.

Members Thunderbroom
Define cheap. I think the Line6 Studio 110 is a great little amp. It's $250 new.

Members JeffBass
I bought a Behringer BX300 new for 119.00 and it sounds great plus it's lasted 3 years now. TORCHED the two Fender Rumbles before it.

Members rpsands
GK Backline 112 is pretty nice. I am seriously contemplating building a new baffle for it and putting a Deltalite 110 in it though The 12.5 x 12.5 x 12.5" enclosure for a 12" speaker seems woefully inadequate. Members countrybass
I use an Ampeg BA-115 for practice. I don't love it, but it was cheap and sounded decent for practice.
Members Awake77
I found old this used 1x15 amp called a 'Raven 50' from P.R.O. Amplification for $25. Ive never heard of this company before, but for $25 it sounds killer. Loud enough for band practice too. Slayed the Lowdown 1x10 I was comparing it to. Members Renfield
I have a Yorkville XM50. Great little amp. I'd sell it to you if you were local, can't see it being worth it to ship. I never use it, it's been sitting in a corner for months untouched. Then again, most of my gear has.
Members Billystrat
I love my GK Microbass, but those are kinda pricey. Check out used Peaveys (real cheap) or see if you can get an older US Ampeg. I really like 1x12s for practice amps. They seem to still give you all the lows you need. Ah also Guitar Center sells the new Acoustic Brand stuff which is cool.
Members xOriginalNinjax
I like my SWR LA12 that I bought for $30 used. Other than that, I dunno. The Orange 35B is a great choice too.
