Just want something small & light as an alternative to hauling the 212. It could be home practice but could be used if playing an acoustic gig (some of these may be on the horizon).

Dude, the answer is a Phil Jones Bass 4b. Trust me on that one. I used to jam my shuttle with two of them stacked. I believe you made a comment that you loved the rig when I posted a pic of it. The 4b's can be had for about 500 bucks, and they are worth every penny.

If I were in the market, that 1515L looks awfully good to me.

You ARE in the market, Mr. Too Much Free Retired Time... :poke:

:D

Oh, and in saving apartment space, there's very little reason not to flip a two-speaker cab on the narrow end.

Granted, with angled speakers in the Schroeders, the results might be a little funny, but...all that will be fixed on the gig! :D

I'd stick with the GB Neo112. While its footprint is not small, it's fairly light and retains a lot of the elements of the bigger 212 including handling the B well. Stick it on its side and it takes up less floorspace.

sorry, to whomever was first in line for the NeoX112.
