I got the tags for my Honda Element on Tuesday and wanted to put license plate frames on. I found the above and thought it could be fun (or dorky). You can have 9 characters (including spaces) on the top and 13 on the bottom. Since I'm not the most clever person, I'm looking for some fun ideas. The vanity plates do not require a number. are "vanity" plates significantly more costly than "personalized"? sorry - in my world, they meant the same thing. until now. the reason i ask is that every time i see a personalized plate from IL, it's got a number in it. curious, that's all.
