Buy flour. 2. Buy salt. 3. Buy sugar. 4. Buy baking soda. 5. Buy eggs. 6. Buy milk. 7. Buy butter and melt it. 8. Buy blueberries. 9. Heat frying pan. 10. Melt even more butter, separately, in the pan. 11. Mix steps 1-7 in the proper proportions that I'm too lazy to specify - not too thick, not too thin. 12. Pour into little puddles in the buttered pan. 13. Drop in blueberries. 14. Cook a few minutes. 15. Flip pancakes. Wait 30 seconds or so. 16. Eat. Members Zamfir
Oh, and I go way easy on the sugar specified in most pancake recipes when I add blueberries. Those suckers got plenty of their own. Don't forget the New England maple syrup.

Members chunky-b
Saturday I went and hung out at GC and watched a 14 year old out play me on a bass. Then I went to eat at On the Border. One of the two made me sick...

Tell that to a 2 year old. She loves blueberries, frozen or fresh The weekend was nice. Spent Sunday on the beach in the later afternoon after a Japanese buffet lunch. Gorgeous weather, too. 70's, just a tiny breeze most of the time. The kids had a blast. Nioette loves the beach. It was quite a bath for her that night. Finished off with In 'N Out hamburgers since she'd been wanting one. All in all a great 2nd birthday for Nioette.

Members niomosy
5 day weekend coming up for me! Woot! Volleyball screening tonight. I didn't play last season so I probably have to screen again. Sigh. Why tonight? Why not next week? Bastards have to do this on my birthday! Oh well, we'll have some steak, scallops, and a nice bottle of red wine tomorrow night. I haven't decided which wine.... a good Pinot, good Pinot, good Cabernet, or good red Zin. The Zin was pretty wild. It's the front-runner right now.
