Members ckcondon
This used to be a venue that had bands and was a staple in the cover scene for years (Sundog Diner for those who know Jax). It recently changed hands and had been totally renovated and reopened a few weeks ago as a Taqueria & Tequila Bar. Perfect for the Dirty Gringos huh? The owner has hired solid staff and the guy booking bands is an experienced player around town. No real conflict as he is not playing there. He also runs sound and is very attentive during the show. They have a stage and built in PA (Snake in the wall, ceiling mounted mains, lots of power. Fantastic weekend and we are stoked to add this as a regular venue! There are still some places that value live music as part of their identity and I look fwd to spilling more beer on their stage!

It does look like a good crowd ,, but it does not look big enough to be drinking enough to cover the cost of the band. Nice looking venue though and the people who are there seem to be having fun. Bars are a numbers game.
