Members agedhorse
Do you walk out into the house to listen to what your bass sounds like within the band mix?
Members The Real MC
YES. Wireless is a wonderful thing. I also received positive feedback from discriminating bass players who have visited to check us out.
Members J the D
I'm doing more and more gigs where there is no bass amp. I have worked on getting the unamplified tone of my Jazz to be what I want so that the only thing I am looking from my amplification system is to be louder. I went through several DIs until I got one where I liked what was going to the house (Audiopiles active DI) and I use it in front of my amp and after any effects. Sound techs like how clean my signal is and it runs off phantom power if my batter is dead.
Members rickkreuzer
So...nobody seemed to answer my question... What's up with the Sansamp? We're using one with pretty good results. While it's no Avalon, it sounds pretty dang good.

Don't worry about the soreheads who don't care for them.
