With a Yamaha EMX2000 mixer. Currently, I use Peavey PR15's but for smaller gigs and not so bulky looking, I was thinking of the BR10's:

I know, go for the BR12's:

Just curious how good the BR series are for vocals and I'm fairly limited in the town where I live and am considering buying, today. Thanks.

Both Flanc and Absurd on this forum picked up some EV ZX1's, and have spoke highly of them. I believe Flanc said he got them from here (at a great price):

I am very tempted to follow suit. That little box is supposed to deliver impressive performance for its size. The design is certainly looks convenient.

Yamaha BR's are, IMO, fairly mediocre.

Very poor speaker. You can do much better for the same price or less.
