Members UltramegaOK
Does anyone have experience / opinions on Beyma speakers? Beyma CP350Ti compression driver? I'm going to try one out as a replacement in a Pyle Pro molded active monitor enclosure. Original compression driver in the Pyle PPHP1298A is "harsh" and "spitty" & the powered monitor lacked midrange presence and definition, too. The appearance and manufacture quality of the Pyle enclosure is pretty good...for very inexpensive monitors. They look like the JBL EON series and I think the inputs panel and knobs are also nice. I want a comp driver upgrade to something with more even/flat freq response in the treble range and more mids without getting muddy. I have a deal to try one of the Beyma CP350Ti's. Could be good? Two of the Pyle's are being used for running vocals in a band rehearsal space.

Members Al Poulin
I know Yorkville used Beyma HF drivers in some of their ''true blue'' Pulse speakers a few years ago... Not sure if they still do however. Al
Members agedhorse
Beyma makes several different grades of drivers, be sure you know what you are buying.
Members stunningbabe
You can't go wrong with Beyma's mid to high range drivers. There ARE some 'high end priced' drivers that can't do the job properly.
Members UltramegaOK
Thanks, guys. Twostone: I hear ya. I've been known to turn OK gear into great gear by making a few modifications and saving money on it in the long run. Now...who knows if this will be one of those moments? It's worth the shot. I'll report back once I've tried the driver.
