Members spsounds Posted June 19, 2009 Members Share Posted June 19, 2009 Just wanted some feedback on what you think of my system.i got a great deal on the speakers ($2500 for all 8) For my subs i have 4 dual 18 peavey lo max loaded subshttp://s155.photobucket.com/albums/s308/jenk1980/?action=view¤t=subs.jpg For my tops i have 4 dual 12's (black widow) w/ 44xt (4 inch) hornshttp://s155.photobucket.com/albums/s308/jenk1980/?action=view¤t=newsetup.jpg I was considering the qsc powerlight 6.0 for the subs, a qsc plx 3602 for the mids, and a qsc powerlight 1.0 for the horns. thoughts? also, any ideas on a good distro box. Members agedhorse Posted June 19, 2009 Members Share Posted June 19, 2009 Stick with all one product line within the brand like the PLX. That way all the wiring and interfaces are uniform. It also makes expanding and reconfiguring easier and more efficient. Sometimes, residual noise can be lower too, because grounding schemes tend to work better within an amp family.
