What has changed so that you aren't getting shocked now? If nothing was done to the amp, then the problem still exists, and is possibly the reason for the singer getting shocked. If he stops getting shocked, the problem is your amp. New practice room. I haven't been shocked in years. When it was happening I was a teenager in a garage. I will try the amp test though.
