Members Ryan.
So when I have my monitors running out of my MixWiz from the 6 Aux Outs, should I use pre or post fader? Seems to me like it should be PRE fader right? So I can make adjustments to the FOH without disturbing the monitor mix?

You should practice in the mirror your "sound face" - it should be half way between "I'm too good for this" and "This band would REALLY suck if I wasn't here". Members Shaster
Personally, I also like my monitors to be pre EQ, which I believe is the stock configuration on the MixWiz. However I can live with post EQ, but pre fader for monitors is fairly important to me. Of course there are times when you've just got to deal with what's available.
