I was going to let this thread die but I have one final update: The guy who "changed his mind" about selling the Marshall (actually an older Valvestate model, not an MG) relisted the amp on CraigsList for 1/3 more than he wanted originally. Unfortunately, I don't have an amp with a "line out." That's one reason I'm looking for a different amp. I'll keep your suggestion in mind when I get a new amp.
