Members Fear My Potato
Got a band? Got a website? Got a myspace music account? Got your head on straight? Let's start a thread for shameless self-promotion! I'm in the Albany, NY area so anyone into jazz/rock/jam can check out my band "Transient Grip" at our myspace music page http://www.myspace.com/transientgrip Also I do a lot of solo stuff and am an active writer (poetry mainly). A lot of it gets put up on my own myspace page http://www.myspace.com/sociopoetry Feel free to friend me...myspace is a great place to get exposure out. Members SirGarrote
I have a band, but we don't promote. But I also compose soundtracks for movies, and the last one I worked on got selected to premiere at WorldFest2006, a film festival that focuses on "music in movies". Members pogo97
I don't have a band and my wife won't let me out to gig (something about helping with the kids). But I do design and build websites. http://home.cogeco.ca/~douglasgifford/

Members wheresgrant3
Hmmmm... I play in a regional cover band in upstate NY (1hr 30 mins north of NYC) that's branching out to CT, MA and Albany, NY (playing the Bayou on Pearl St. in June, Fear My Taters ). Just party rock and top 40 that only those who are extremely drunk seem to understand. It's fun, convienent and helps to pay for more gear. See sig below.... On the side I have a writing partner and we're hoping to get some indie film soundtrack work in NYC.

Members nolights
Dude, your bass player is named "Robbie Robertson" ?! Yeah - go figure. He's the lead singer when we play "The Weight" . Good player...but nothing like his namesake.
