Comments:

1. The first 2 progressions are the same loop, starting at different points. (See Axis of Awesome for more songs using #1.wink.gif)
2. Black Magic Woman needs correction: the iv chord is Dm.
3. Pachelbel's Canon (small point): the Dm is Dm7 with an F bass, so (arguably) more like F6

On the "What if God Were One of Us" progression, F is bVI not VI and G is bVII not VII and in my opinion none are tonic function but subdominant. You got those two b right on the "Mr. Jones" progression. Not sure why two chords there are regarded as borrowed, though.
