Members mrblackbat
Best sitcom ever was Fawlty Towers. Didn't start slowly and didn't get tired (only two series).

The simpsons has done season after season, and is only getting tired now.

Personally I think the Simpsons took a while to get going. The first series is naff, the second OK.
Members BillyGrahamCracker
As overplayed and overseen and overquoted as it is, I think the best episode to ever be on TV is the Seinfeld masturbation one.

It's up there, for sure. You gotta go way, way back, but the last episode of Newhart was total genius, too.

Members rockstrongo
I love that show. There's a lot of subtle humor that you have to look for....then it slaps you in the face with the funniest fart joke ever. "People can't own property, man......" "I can. You know why? Because I'm not a poor, dirty, stinking hippy, that's why!"

Or the one with Larry, Darryl, and Darryl? The one line from that Seinfeld episode that will ALWAYS make me die laughing is when Mrs. Costanza says "I come home and find my son treating his body like it was an amusement park." The only other line from Seinfeld that cracks me up that badly is on the episode where Kramer has installed a garbage disposal in his shower and has made dinner for the hypochondriac lady and looks at her totally straight and tells her "I prepared it as I bathed." For some reason, just the way he says it kills me.
Members Jeztastic
I agree... Better than the Simpsons, even apart from it's freshness. And I am totaly like Fry, and my gf is totally like Leela... I have all the DVDs!
