Members El Glom-o
My brother has 2 LPB-1's from the first year of production. Unfortunately, the transistors in both of them are blown. I built a clone using the "equivalent" silicone transistor, and it's a nice, clean boost.

Members tenoken
Hey Tenoken, any luck with that Deluxe Memory Man? Nahh, it sold for over $120 I think. Didn't want to take that much of a risk on a "broken" pedal. Had to get some auto repairs done and buy some clothes last week, so unfortunately I can't buy a delay just yet. I think I'm only 2 or 3 pedals away from happiness right now. (Famous last words!) Hopefully by the end of the year. 1- SMM, or DD20 2 - SEM 3 - Stereo Pulsar

Members Fender&EHX4ever
"Players who've been through the rack thing realize there's something eternally cool about a stompbox's tactile, immediate nature, compared to the "virtual knob" format of most digital processors. Technozoids may dig curling up at night with a glass of Ovaltine and a thick manual, but most guitarists prefer to spend their free time tinkering with hardware. Pedals, with their modular nature and distinct personalities, fit this trait like a glove." http://www.guitarplayer.com/article/...de/jan-00/6286

I like your EHX collection. Between us we would have almost all of the EHX dirt pedals made. That Pre Amp looks interesting. I wonder if the circuit is similar to the LPB?
