Members voodoochild89
Marshall Echohead = 6 delay modes and pretty good sound.I got mine for $100 and it's totally worth it. Also has external tap tempo. Edit: Just to get it out of the way... about 15 people are going to recommend the Ibanez DE-7. Everyone on this forum seems to be in love with it. Members tetaJ
I play a Deep Blue Delay, which is a great Delay pedal. I would strongly recommend a Carl Martin Red Repeat. It is the only "cheap" delay pedal that can pull out the DBD warmth.

Members nickthebrick
I don't have alot of experience with delays. that being said. my needs: I would prefer analog, but i'm not picky. you could say a "starter" delay, but something worthwhile keeping. Members Crxsh
Get a Boss DD-3 and call it a day. It's quite difficult to go wrong with that one IMO. You can snag one used for $70-ish.

Members bvester
I know most everyone has only good things to say about the DE7, but try one out. I personally think the DD-3 would be worth a little extra, but that's only if you don't feel the DE7.
Members SharkMinusBear
ibanez ad9 If you can find one for around 100 I would go for it but my vote would probably be for the DE-7, best bang for the buck easily. The DL4 is a great versatile delay as well and the looper rocks, you can find these used for 180.
Members Kikaruu
I'm also going to pull up a seat and watch. I choose Uxie or Azelf! Their voices sound awesome through a delay filter in Pokemon Diamond.

You guys just sold me on the De7. Found one for $42; discounted because there was "velcro still on the back." Hey, that only helps me out!! I love the short delay/echo and for $50 shipped I was all over it!! I can't wait to set the De7 for short delay/echo and the DD-20 for long crazy delays. In unison its gonna be B. f'n A. Members rockapede
The Digidelay is GREAT on the cheap, plus it has tap-tempo (which is essential for my needs).
