Members ninjaaron
Same as lou, except with a PODxt. Got disatisfied with the sound quality, but couldn't do w/o the effects afterwards. Also, got a PS-5 and a POG because I started listening to Dragon Force and Muse.
Members OldCrankyDouche
TOOL. Not that Adam Jones even uses more than delay, wah and tremolo. Mike Sullivan (Russian Circles) also caused me to have eternal GAS (although nothing ATM). Radiohead.

Members falseswipe
The Mars Volta's De-Loused In The Comatorium. Amazing use of effects in that album, and in my opinion, the best use of effects I've ever heard.
Members AnderMocs
I think i got more into effects after i started buying some. Pulling cooler sounds out of the guitar. A local guy named Alex Callenberger had a big influence on me with effects and just general playing. One of his bands, just jammy stuff. His other band Electric Volcano Experiment is {censored}ing ridiculous.

Members onyxrhino
I listened to a lot of their songs, but didn't notice anything except wah and distortion. They do have a very dense sound...They use wah for so many things, though. They do use phaser from time to time. And reverb is pretty essential to their sound IMO. Guest Guest
Eminence Front. I wanted to play the synth parts on guitar. But seriously, when I started abusing effects, I hadn't listened to much that made me think, "Wow, what is he using to get that sound?" I just wanted what I was playing to sound {censored}ed.
