Young Pedals? DMM killer?

I played that pedal today. It was either broken or just not very good. There was a pretty significant loss of treble in bypass which is odd because there aren't many small builders no using true bypass in their pedals. When I turned it on there was some sort of high pass filter on the entire signal because the dry tone and all the repeats were extremely thin and bright. Almost nasal and harsh. The guitar, amp and cables were otherwise fine so something was up with the pedal. Maybe someone in the store had damaged it or something. I have heard good things about the builder, who is an engineer and by all means should be able to make a great sounding pedal.

Yea, I was confused. No ill feelings on this side.

So I guess the Time Warp wasn't that great. Rats. I was looking forward to trying something new.
