Members IRG
I'm willing to bet you can wrap the M9 up in several down-filled duvets and play through it after it's been sitting powered on for a week straight in its man-made cocoon, and it'd still work just fine and wouldn't be exorbitantly hot to the touch. I'd bet the same thing.

Members Reaganomics!
I had a board that was made out of solid aluminum about 1/8" thick; the pedals were mounted to that via their bottom screws - I had drilled and tapped the aluminum sheet. Looked cool, was light weight and kind of unique, but a bit of a PITB to set up / configure and rearrange. You could probably do that with pegboard, and use washers to compensate for bigger holes:idea: Although it'd still be a PITB for every pedal that isn't in an MXR style case with bigger screws on the bottom. Members ambient
Maybe the M9 might.Big digital contraptions get hot quick. That's usually due to the battery - which M9s don't have.

Are pedal screws generally the same diameter?
