Members guitarcapo
I own 5 Magnatones. A 280, 260, 410, 213 and an M10. The Vox clip sounds good but not the same as a Magnatone. Seems to swing more wildly but it might be the settings. Dual channel Magnatones are the best because you can mix the two channels in different ways and get different vibratos. Some even sound like a wah. Anyway here's my 260 sound clip: [video=youtube;Go4UdUFw6jQ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Go4UdUFw6jQ
Members ArrMatey
really really lovely vibrato. Definitely quite unique in its sound!
Members who235
There's a Magnatone 410 (a '62 or '63) sitting in my local GC. I was thinking about hitting it, but I just bought a Silverface Bassman and I'm pretty sure the old lady would straight up murder me if I brought home another amp anytime soon. It's too bad. I've wanted a Magnatone for awhile now.

Members lefort_1
The Vox vibrato seems to be much more trem and less pitch-shift.Nothing equals a Maggie. Still lovin this M-15 ... which I could find a M-20 with all three "cabs".
Members guitarcapo
I just re-tolexed a 1959 Magnatone 280B that I got cheap because the plywood was disintegrating. Sounds great now that I overhauled the cab and electronics:
