Members co-pilot
I know these guys, my old band's drummer played for them at the same time as us. They're amazing. Lovely blokes too.
Members Loobs
{censored} it, while we're at it check these other great underground UK bands out too. Some of the coolest {censored} out there is going on in London's DIY scene IMO. Lucky as hell to be able to see all these bands nearly any week I want, usually for hardly any money : Shield Your Eyes - unique as {censored} guitarist, only uses 3 or 4 strings on the guitar. Drummer is insane too. http://functionrecords.bandcamp.com/album/shield-your-eyes Nitkowski - noisy hardcore/math/jazz stuff. Two guitarists, no bassist. Pretty tough to get into but amazing. http://nitkowski.bandcamp.com/album/stay-in-the-home-you-love - their second album. Features an awesome London jazz trumpeter called Alex Bonney on track 6. Poino - ex-Giddy Motors dude's band. Kinda like Beefheart meets Shellac meets Crimson. http://poino.bandcamp.com/

Members chris_d
Oooh, this first one is pretty much exactly within my field of strongest sonic gravitational pull for rock and roll. Skronky and shouty without being screechy about either. Thanks for posting it!

Members chris_d
No problem, check the others out too if you didn't already. I did! All of them have cool {censored} going on. I was most into the one from the OP though. I was a little less into Shield Your Eyes(maybe the vocals, because the guitars and drums are undeniably pretty sweet through most of it). Poino has a nice sound to them that reminds me of some Chicago bands, and the singer seems to oscillate between like maybe the guy from Big'n, and i don't know, Mark E. Smith, which is an interesting combination. Prolly my favorite of these three is Nitkowski. I really enjoy the way they are using the clean guitar sound they have. It lends the thing a very unique sort of sound overall, kind of like how a band like Virus sounds playing metal with clean guitars. It seems ill-fitting, but works really well. Members Hupia
first one reminds me of the icarus line... haven't heard anything about them here, so I hope it's not taken negatively... if it makes a difference, i think of it as a good thing
