Members IRG
See if Drasp has any used/reconditioned DL4s available. I like what he does with his.
Members Pedaltones
Apart from the Boss delays, the dl4 seems to be one of the most common second-hand delays that pops up for sale online. Your frustration shall be hopefully not too long to bear.
Members DylanWilde
I think there's actually someone on TGP selling a non-functioning one on TGP for $85. You could always buy that one and send it to Drasp for repair and some amazing modifications and still end up ahead. . .

Members echodeluxe
I'm amazed the DL-4 is not only still made, but used. Whatttt its such a great tool. The fact that it is still made and that so many artists use it is testament to that.
Members Bricks & Bones
Have they ever made a revision of the XX-4 series?
Members echodeluxe
No idea. I'm not into all the newfangled {censored} they've been putting out. And yeah I know there's a bunch in the spam thread but they are like $30 above what I've seen locally and one guy on here is selling one for a good price with the adapter but i haven't heard from him since yesterday

Members ambientnoize
can't you get an m9 used for the same price as a dl4? a new DL4, maybe.. wouldn't have thought so for a used DL4? I might be wrong, i'm not sure about US prices. the dl4 has been a staple part of my pedalboard for going on 5 years now. Whilst i'm not a touring musician, I feel that the differences between delay models is very subjective to me. Yes some have characteristics that are easy to dial in, but i can often get a decent sound dialled in on the DL4, and the use of presets is golden. I think a lot of the DL4 hate is bandwagon jumping. Members Harry_Manback1
Personal needs. I'd rather have a tricked out DL4 than an M9 full of {censored} I won't use. The M9 is awesome. But I've determined I have little use outside delay.
Members Bricks & Bones
But for the same price (roughly) you CAN have a DL-4, but with a {censored} ton more presets and a MUCH better looper.
Members Harry_Manback1
You're right. Comes down to it I'd pick the M9. I'm drunk and my logic is dohjf
