Yeah, several other pedal tuners can be adjusted to different reference frequencies, but it turns out that few go as far away from A=440hz as the OP needs them to. All I can find on the subject is hippy horse{censored} about how if we all tuned to A432 the stars would align and good vibrations would resonate throughout the universe and we'd all transcend our physical bodies and {censored}.
