Members thom
Only thing I actually owned for a while that qualifies as an auto wah: Lovetone Meatball. Awesome pedal, but it does A LOT more than just the auto wah thing. Not necessarily all usefull things though, so if you're not in need of a super tweekable envelope follower/filter with a bunch of extra features and gizmos, and you're not filthy rich...The meatball is the last auto wah pedal I would recommend... Members PurpleTrails
I use a Qtron +. I like putting a clean OD in its effects loop to gain an extra edge, and like one of the earlier posters said, you can get some cool tones feeding it with a wet octave down. FWIW HelloMusic had the regular Qtron at $120 before christmas, which is a good deal.

Members Snowden
Is there no difference between envelope filters and auto wahs? I thought auto wahs just phased through the effect automatically.

It's two different applications of the same effect.
