Members Mavesicles
This list is uninspired. Seriously, the OP asked for "something heavy like Pantera" and you start spewing {censored} like Mayhem, Slipknot, and Nitro? If I didn't know any better I might think that instead of a "good metal band" list, this is a "16 year old acting like he has something to prove... on the internet" list To the OP, you might like something like Type O Negative if you don't want any death vocals, or Arsis, Atheist, or Wintersun of a little brootlz doesn't bother you. I just got it from some website.
Members facedance
I just got it from some website. I see. Have you ever even heard Nitro? Every time I have the misfortune of hearing a song by them it makes me want to rip my eyes, ears, tongue, and cock off.

Members mosiddiqi
..not new, but if you haven't heard it, get hold of Unleashed in the East by Judas Priest...absolute killer live metal album and very influential on bands like Pantera.. Members ravelm3nt
Another vote for Strapping Young Lad. I'm really loving their last two albums. I also hear "city" by them is badass. I just got the Ocean, which isn't like Pantera but is totally badass.
