I'm tired of my Ford Explorer and 17 mpg!!

It's not stock, and I consider myself a decent driver.

 

 

Then don't compare it to stock mustangs.

 

F-150 Lightning, which is supercharged (and consequently the only way a F-150 will keep up with a non supercharged mustnag) and is still only going to beat a v6 stang anyway, and still not a GT. Trucks aren't made to be fast. They are made to pull things, protect you, and due well in heavy snow. Your just on an ego trip. Big truck man syndrome.

 

The fact that it feels good when you pass a sports car is kinda weird to begin with. I highly doubt they wanna race if your passing them.

 

Edit: Guy buying a car, old civics have ran really well for alot of people I know. Just make sure you don't trade in hasty and costs yourself years of gas in the first place.

I think one of the largest parts is they have one of the simplest locks to break off, making for a quick easy steal right out of your driveway.
