Members guitarbilly74
I turned it on and and I heard a hum for 1/2 a second and the amp just died. No sound, no power nothing. I'm on my way to Radio Shack to get a new fuse, I'm really hoping it's just the fuse because I cannot afford any expensive repairs right now. Members rushtallica
Damn, man. Sorry to hear that, especially knowing how much you've been digging the amp. If you haven't already left you may want to make sure to get multiple fuses in case another blows quickly and needing to possibly troubleshoot it further. Good luck. Members Davetopay
I could be mistaken, but I seem to remember mine having internal fuses on the board as well.....but I could be wrong, it was a long time ago.

They do. There's like 5 fuses in all, and in case of problems, check the fuses.
Members tommythelurker
It's not the fuse. Fuses blowing don't cause hum. Just to confuse you, I'm sure the fuse is blown, but it blew because of something else (likely a bad tube). So it may come on when you replace the fuse, but it will probably blow again sooner or later.
