Members PurityS.L.G.
Check out Xotic pedals. Best clean boosters IMO. I saw a CAA one on here one time and I've been curious to try one out. Might have to check Tone Merchants for that one.
Members stompboxfreak72
You sir are looking for the Keeley Katana. +1 I have an Xotic Rc Boost but even it gets gritty. I like it but not as clean as I would like.

I've tried the MXR, Keeley, and Xotic and the Keeley is my favorite. I don't know if that helps.
Members mrmax
I would say Bad Cat 2Tone. It has 2 12ax7's , 2 channels, fantastic sounds, but $$$$ :thu:

You have to take it with a grain of salt.

Members ilyslue
Try a sniper modded GE7. It is clean, and you can have mid-boost if you like as well. I like it better than the boost on my zwex "box of rock".

Of course I've never really spent time at the gear page, but i've heard things
Members swanninlurv
Catalinbread for sure. I had an MXR 401 or whatever and liked it until it died for no reason. Have an MI Audio Boost and Buff which I don't like -- you can hear the buffer when it's off. Seriously.
Members PlinytheWelder
An EQ, like a boss GE-7 will do the trick and more. One that I haven't tried yet is the Seymour Duncan Pickup Booster. It looks like I'll get one soon though. I like what the resonance switch does on the clip they have. Members TheEsupremacy
bad monkey! That's kind of more of an overdrive than a boost. OP is looking for a boost. I'd say the Keeley Katana or the Boss GE-7, or both even...

Members ComingApart
If you want a true flat response Clean Boost, then an MXR 10 band EQ all the way. Most "Clean Boost" pedals out there have some sort of EQ shift inherent to the pedal. Not that its' a bad thing, just be aware. The EQ pedal will give you more control over your tone, but no everybody wants to tweak around with a pedal that much.
Members hubberjub
I like my BBE Boosta Grande. It sounds great (to me) has a ton of boost on tap and is pretty cheap. True bypass too.
