Members EdgeOfDarkness
The most low end punch I've ever personally heard from an amp comes from the Mesa Mark series. Mark IIC+, Mark III and Mark IV all have it. They are incredibly percussive amps when you palm mute. The Mark III and the DR I had do not even come close to the RedBear I owned. Members Oblivion DC
The Splawn Nitro has a ton of low end and yet still remains cutting and punchy.
Members HistoricR0
Traynor YBA-1 Bassmaster. Loudest 50 watter you ever heard. Sack-punch aplenty. Non-broot.

Members '63-Strat
This is correct. Most of the older Marshalls don't have a lot of low end, but plenty of punch. +1 I just don't get the fixation on low end. Even on metal records, if you listen carefully you know that there really isn't *that* much low end on the guitars as you can't have a tight bass/kick sound, let alone tight guitar sound with too much low end in the mix. Which high gain amps do you guys actually feel don't have enough low end? I don't think I've played one yet myself, lol.
Members theAntihero
redbear Yes, there isnt a guitar amp made that has more lowend, hell my red bear has more bass response than most bass amps.
Members Steveanders86
out of all the amps i've owned, 5150, mark IV, cobra, dragon, quickrod, mark III, the mark IV is most definatly the punchiest amp of them all. no contest
Members PurityS.L.G.
I'd say the Herbert and Dragon for most audible low end punch in a band situation. Uber just can't cut it live. It's a great recording amp though.
Members eric_kv2
Out of the amps I've owned and played, I would say an Engl SE or a VHT Ultralead. I haven't played any Diezels (but want to) so I can't comment on them.
