What the heck does the "shift" button do?

You positive? Also, what does all of that mean? (sorry, I'm retarded)


 

 

It's to make up for the lack of a MID knob on the amp.

 

From the manual:

 

SHIFT - When activated the controls shifts the frequencies to emphasize mid range content. The result is a fuller, fatter sound.

Oh I see, makes sense.. I still swear the button just makes the amp sound quieter but it's good to finally know its purpose. thanks!
