Light LeBron {censored} on fire, but don't be a bandwagon jumper and start hating on the Cavs. Dan Gilbert is a good owner, and he'll do whatever he can to make our team a contender. It'll be hard, but at least he doesn't mind throwing money into his organization. I'll still love, watch, and root for my Cavs. I really really hope we can somehow win in the near future without that pompous jackass. That's what happens when a city celebrates 1 player like that. Kobe is the {censored} too in LA but damn it wasn't near as big as what "King James bull{censored} was all about. And they wonder why the ego is sooooo inflated! LBJ was all they had to cheer about.I told my bro, Cavs play dead last and go for #1 pick next year.

I wonder how hard they tried to get Lebron to sign back and while they waited and waited for this egomaniac, other big players signed elsewhere.. Now they will probably overpay for some mid level free agents because they HAVE to do something. And then get stuck with overpaid players who will be perceived as underachieving.. IDK, but imagine the Cavs are not gonna be a winner in the foreseeable future..

Late Thursday night, Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert issued the following statement on LeBron James' departure from the franchise.Dear Cleveland, all of Northeast Ohio and Cleveland Cavaliers supporters wherever you may be tonight; 34 0 274Share As you now know, our former hero, who grew up in the very region that he deserted this evening, is no longer a Cleveland Cavalier. This was announced with a several-day, narcissistic, self-promotional build-up culminating with a national TV special of his "decision" unlike anything ever "witnessed" in the history of sports and probably the history of entertainment. Clearly, this is bitterly disappointing to all of us. The good news is that the ownership team and the rest of the hard-working, loyal, and driven staff over here at your hometown Cavaliers have not betrayed you nor NEVER will betray you. There is so much more to tell you about the events of the recent past and our more than exciting future. Over the next several days and weeks, we will be communicating much of that to you. You simply don't deserve this kind of cowardly betrayal. You have given so much and deserve so much more. In the meantime, I want to make one statement to you tonight: "I personally guarantee that the Cleveland Cavaliers will win an NBA Championship before the self-titled former 'king' wins one." You can take it to the bank. If you thought we were motivated before tonight to bring the hardware to Cleveland, I can tell you that this shameful display of selfishness and betrayal by one of our very own has shifted our "motivation" to previously unknown and previously never experienced levels. Some people think they should go to heaven but NOT have to die to get there. Sorry, but that's simply not how it works. This shocking act of disloyalty from our homegrown "chosen one" sends the exact opposite lesson of what we would want our children to learn. And "who" we would want them to grow up to become. But the good news is that this heartless and callous action can only serve as the antidote to the so-called "curse" on Cleveland, Ohio. The self-declared former "King" will be taking the "curse" with him down south. And until he does "right" by Cleveland and Ohio, James (and the town where he plays) will unfortunately own this dreaded spell and bad karma. Just watch. Sleep well, Cleveland. Tomorrow is a new and much brighter day... I PROMISE you that our energy, focus, capital, knowledge and experience will be directed at one thing and one thing only: DELIVERING YOU the championship you have long deserved and is long overdue... Prolly time to blow up the ship. I mean the Cavs still have enough talent to make it to the playoffs as a 8 seed. Anderson Varejao, JJ Hickson, Delonte West, Mo Williams, and Antawn Jameison are still a good core. Mo and Antawn can both get you 20 a night easy. They aren't gonna win a championship now, but they might be good enough to win 40 and squek into the playoffs. {censored} LBJ's soft ass. I want to see this team rebuilt the right way. Members esphil
Its so funny you guys bashing Lebron so hard and saying f him. Get your panties out of a bunch. If he would have stayed in Cleveland you would be praising him. What does that say about the fans who get all pissed for him leaving? He was there 7 years, and got that team who had gone no where to the finals a few times. What help did Lebron really have? What would have changed this year if he would have stayed? Do you think hes gonna stay to make others happy and end up coming up short for years to come? Bosh and Wade on a team is already killer, but if you are Lebron and have a chance to join those two, who he is already friends with do you really blame him??? Same thing happend in Boston when they brought KG and Ray Allen together, with the amount of money they spent whos going to help? The heat will put more pieces together around those 3, after all Pat Riley is part of the organization. If you say the heat won't mesh then you are smoking some serious crack. And no I'm not a Heat or Lebron hardcore fan. I live in SA and am a Spurs fan. But I can't wait to see this team play, its going to be exciting. The rumor some Cavs dude f'd LBJ mom2. Lebron threw the last two games against Boston becasue he felt like Stifler. If LBJ plays for Miami like he did in last series against Boston, the other two won't help either. It will just show he's not anywhere close to MJ as he thinks he is. Nobody in my opinion will ever be as good as MJ. At least Jordan wasn't his own fanbois narcissist asshole. I'm not a cavs fan anyway and my Lakers will win next year too ! {censored} Boston ! Members esphil
How is this new Big Three pissin so many people off but the Celtics Big Three from 2 years ago was fine? Would you have rather Lebron spent 12 years in Cleveland before saying "ya know what I'm old now and have no hardware to show, let's form an alliance". Lebron, Wade, and Bosh did exactly what I thought they would do. Join forces early on instead of late in their careers (like Garnett/Allen/Pierce did) and see how it goes. That big 3 won first year out the gate and had vets jumpin at the chance to join them. You think the same wont happen here? Not saying they win in 11' but more likely than not these three will be 3-4 time champions if not more. Also people keep making it seem like Jordan did it all himself so since Lebron needed help he will never be as good as Jordan even if he wins just as many championships. May I remind them that Jordan had two guys named "Pippen & Rodman" as well as some great role players in Ron Harper, Bill Cartwright, Toni Kukoc, Steve Kerr, Luc Longley, John Paxson throughout his six championships. So- Pippen, Rodman, Jordan- Pierce, Allen, Garnett- Gasol, Artest, Bryant- Wade, Bosh, Lebron I see no Difference here.I'm excited to see if this is a dynasty to come as we've had in the past or a single shot in the dark and many years of getting oh-so-close(ala Yankees)
