Usually downloading updates for drivers and software I am using. But I do browse HCAF occasionally on there. Not any more. Haven't done for a week or so anyway. Used to you use Security Essentials, but 3 different times I got the "Windows 7 2011/2012 Anti Virus" virus. That virus is smart enough to shut Security Essentials down and block it from coming back up. It hasn't done anything to Avast yet, so I'm sticking with that.
