Chipotle

I use Chipotle as my "cheat" meals.

Get the bowl, skip the cheese and sour cream and you've got yourself a fairly healthy dinner.

 

My go to is:

Burrito Bowl

Brown Rice

Both beans

Fajita Veggies

Medium sauce (its the lowest in sodium and sugar)

Lettuce

 

470 calories - 46g Protein

Lots of good carbs and fiber and low in fat and sugars.

Only downside is its kinda high in sodium but I can deal with that for a once a week kind of thing.

 

 

I defniitely prefer the local hole in the wall places if I'm going strictly off taste but Chipotle is fast, cheap, and healthy.

The only other restaurant I can get something that healthy/fast/cheap is Subway and it will taste about 1/10000th as good.
