Why did the fitness thread get locked?

If everyone actually followed through on the reps/sets that they claim they do, they would all look like Adonises by now. There is no much denial in that thread...


Me included.

 

 

I haven't seen anything that's really hard to believe.

Just lots of consistent gains, progress pics, and video evidence.

 

Maybe it's time to stop making excuses and start making goals.

I don't make excuses. I said all along I half ass it. I think some of you like talking about it more that doing it.

 

 

"I half ass it" is an excuse. It's the easiest one to make: "See, I only didn't get results because I wasn't really trying. Just imagine how ripped I'd be if I even cared a little. But I don't. So {censored} it, 'cuz I don't care"

 

But like I said - that means nothing to me or anyone else. If you really want to be in better shape, go out and do it. The fitness thread can help point you in the right direction. Or not. Keep half assing it.
