There is nothing to be ashamed of and these are legitimate medical conditions no different than cancer or appendicitis.Parents and friends need to get involved and get these people help instead of ignoring the problem until it boils over into a tragedy like this. NIBRS + UCR collective data. They are not sure of why, but the government established a task force a few years ago that is heavy on the psychological evaluation of serial/spree killers to figure out how they tick.
