Replacement tuning machine question

I'm looking to replace the tuning machines on my Takamine. Anything is a step up from the stock tuners since they're binding up on me though still functional. My question is are these Gotoh chrome tuners any good?

I like them mostly for the price and the fact that they're sealed. There are no reviews on components that I could find so I figured that it wouldn't hurt to ask the question here.

 

Are there also any other brands in this price range that I should consider?

Those Gotoh's are used by alot of builders and they're pretty good tuners. The Gotoh 510's are a little more expensive but IMO they're worth it.

Another vote for the Gotoh 510's. They are on my Paragon and work great. These tuners are very popular and not too costly.

The 510s are nice but if the that makes me wonder: are the GTM30s full-size or mini? These would be going on a full size dread with a Martin-style headstock.

 

I'd also like to save some $$$ to finance any potential future GAS-related purchases.
