Basically the same thing I was thinking. Though I'd imagine that particular EHX pedal is a bit on the pricey side. I think getting one just to try out would be an expensive experiment. I use my Ovation with my FX chain on a fairly regular basis, and I can usually get it to sound passable. Having an EQ helps a lot, because you can use it to shape your sound to make an acoustic sounds more like an electric. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
