Members Jimi Ray Halen
Brian Wilson? Josh Holloway? (Who?) Or how about David Schwimmer? I know these are for charity and all but damn! Looks like kindergarten finger painting on some of them.
Members guitarcapo
Big money is spent when Donald Trump puts his name on anything. Trump Tower, Trump Casinos...He doesn't own those places outright....But major corporations pay him literally millions just to use his name on a piece of real estate and raise the perceived value of the building and all the real estate hype that goes with it. "They're building a Trump office building WHERE? Hurry up and buy the lot next to it!" etc.... So now you have a guitar signed/painted personally by the man. Probably the only one in the world. Still think it isn't worth a few extra grand over stock? I was looking at all the guitars in that charity auction and I thought to myself that might be the only one with any real value. Ten grand might be pushing it though. I wonder if you get to use the donation as a tax deduction or if the guitar makes it not a charitable contribution? Members acravero
These were on InstrumentExchange for the past 3 months (closed 5/1) and the reserves were not met on almost all. Sounds like they're asking way too much for these wall ornaments. Here's the whole list:http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZiecharity Plus, the e-bay seller has -0- feedback! Members guitarcapo
He didn't paint it? It was such a poor job I figured he was the artist. Oh well.Non-guitarists who sign guitars is just lame. I was in a guitar store in Manhattan and the guy had two brand new Gibson J-200s on the wall. One signed by Cindy Crawford and the other by Richard Gere. They had stopped in to buy a guitar and the owner grabbed a pair of Gibson's finest and let them have at it with a Sharpie pen.Ruined some nice guitars if you ask me.... Members Jimi Ray Halen
Yeah, I don't get that either. If you aren't known for playing guitar why would you sign one? It must be the cool celeb thing to do. I think it ruins a good guitar. Unless it's a cheapo and then who cares?

Members KoaFreak
Lame Might as well have an Ashlee Simpson signed Les Paul, since she's not a musician either. Maybe some 12 year old girl would want that guitar.........
