Posted June 19, 2006 Members Share Posted June 19, 2006 Sniping is the equivalent of talking to a salesman, getting a good price worked out for an item, then having some lout come bashing up to the counter offering $5 more, and having the salesman ring him up and walk him to the door, while you stand there with you mouth open and your wallet at the ready.It's uncivilized, and frankly rude & sneeky.
