I just got this in an email, and am passing it along FYI: ******* Dear US Customers, Apogee is pleased to announce new extended technical support hours effective immediately. Apogee's technical support department is now available via phone and email between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM PST, Monday through Friday, a change from 9 AM and 6 PM. Apogee technical support may be reached at +1 310-584-9394 or support@apogeedigital.com as well as http://support.apogeedigital.com. Within the technical support website, http://support.apogeedigital.com, customers can access software downloads, quickstart and user guides, and frequently asked questions for all current and legacy products.
